Kasumalai the coin collar

A kasumalai — rows of struck coins, each one carrying Lakshmi's figure, overlapping like scales across the full width of the collar. A larger Lakshmi on her lotus marks the centre, with a rosette of pearls and a green stone below her. At each end an elephant stands beside a red cabochon where the coins give way to the clasp.

Details & care

Store it in the pouch it comes in, away from perfume and pool water. Wipe with a dry cotton cloth after wearing. Have the stone settings checked once a year.

Why there is no price

Gold is priced on the day's rate against the net weight of the piece, so a fixed figure here would be out of date within a day. Ask us and we will quote the metal, making and stones separately, with the weight and purity in writing.

Shipping

Free insured shipping across India. Ask about delivery time when you enquire — it depends on what is in stock at the bench.
